The ship - the museum ORP "Błykawica" is part of the Navy Museum in Gdynia. Pre-war destroyer (called the destroyers) service in the Navy began in 1937. During World War II, flying the Polish flag on the Allied fleet. He has participated in several combat actions, including the battle of Narvik. July 4, 1947, the ship returned to Polish.
