The Manor House under the Limes in Rumia
monuments
It was built at the end of the 17th century by the owner of the neighboring water forge and sawmill. It is small but distinguished by its high mansard gable roof with a pediment. Carefully renovated, it has been the seat of the Municipal Cultural Center since 1996. In the manor house, you can view temporary exhibitions as well as a permanent exhibition depicting the history of Rumia and the region. The attractiveness of the manor is enhanced by a well-maintained park, old trees growing along the river, a pond with an island, a lookout bridge, and a concert square with a summer stage.
