Built in 1977 as a fishing boat at the yard "Szkuner" in Władysławowo. Purchased by the Polish Academy of Sciences, after adjustment, was used until the end of the 80s of the twentieth century, scientists conducting research in the Polish Antarctic Station of Henry Arctowski on the island of King George.
