Pyrzycka Gate in Stargard

monuments

A structure from the 13th century, standing at a height of 6 meters, consists of fieldstones on the ground floor, while the remaining three stories are made of brick. The gate is crowned with two peaks connected by a gable roof, and its passage is formed in a pointed arch. On the third floor, there is a defensive porch with loopholes. The facade is articulated with rows of embrasures, showcasing a wealth of forms, such as pointed arches, circles, and semi-circular shapes. Currently, the property is managed by the museum, and a portion of the building is occupied by the Starogard Economic Chamber.
