Monument to the Victims of Communist Terror is at the intersection of ul. St John and St. Pulaski, the front of the building in which the years 1947-1956 was based Military Information. It is dedicated to all the victims of the communist regime in the years 1939 to 1989. Unveiled on February 8, 1998 the monument was designed by Dąbrówka Tyślewicz.
