25/09/1966 unveiled the monument commemorates grouped scouts are active during World War II in the Secret Scouts brigade. Autumn of 1939 a number of scouts from previously prepared lists were murdered in Piaśnica. Repression against the scouts continued throughout the period of occupation. In the last phase of the war Gdynia Scouts helped his campaign intelligence under the code name "B-2" to accelerate the liberation of Gdynia. The action was based on the fact that within three months of secret Scouts Troop of Gdynia collected and moved through the front detailed plans of German fortifications built around Gdynia.
