Monument of Leonid Teliga to the first Pole to circumnavigate the Earth

Leonid Teliga is the first Pole to the yacht "Opty" in the period 1967-1969 alone circumnavigate the Earth. Sailor began his lonely voyage in Casablanca January 25, 1967 year. The cruise lasted two years and two months - ended April 30, 1969. In 1980, during the Days of the Sea in front of the Yacht Club Marine "Griffin" monument dedicated to this sailor. The author of the monument is Zdzislaw Koseda.
