monuments

The monument on Golden Hill, created by Wiktor Tołkin, commemorates the heroic struggle of the "Pomeranian Gryph" and unnamed Kashubian partisans who resisted the Germans during World War II. Unveiled in 1968, it was initially called the Monument to the Fighters of the Resistance Movement (Partisan Action).
