Manor Farm in Starzynski Dwor
Starzynski The court was of the thirteenth century to 1772, the Cistercian estate Oliwa. The monks, but here the court ran the farm acting as a sanatorium for sick brothers and sisters. Prussian government, taking over the property it leased the first monastery, and in 1818 sold. The new owners, Grass, built a mansion in the place turned out, the neo-Gothic palace, which burned down in 1942 and its ruins were demolished in the brick. Only a cluster of old trees indicates the place where the permanent residence. Survived for a few objects from the magnificent Cistercian grange once, today, renowowane by the new owner. Livestock buildings surrounded by a broad economic courtyard occupying not high elevation. Among them, attention is drawn gate house with a turret (late eighteenth century), acting as a chapel, now reconstituted and allowed to worship. On the tower's clock werk dating back to 1681 and a flag with the date 1598, coming from an older building. Below the hill, pass water over the ruins of the seventeenth-century industrial buildings: the mill, blacksmith shop and sawmill.
