House built in 1912 in the early days of Gdynia as a summer resort. It was built by John Radtke, the first mayor and mayor of Gdynia. An interesting building is its location - on the streets of St. John's wall perfectly shows the direction north-south, and from the street on Feb 10, east-west. House meets at 20 and 30 years of the twentieth century, the center of Gdynia elite meetings and was a place of leisure tourists. Visited here, including Stefan Zeromski, Sophia Nalkowska and Felix Nowowiejski . November 29, 1996, the building was listed in the Register of Historic Monuments.
