The resort is located on the edge of the tourist town of Chmielno, directly on Lake Kłodno. It offers comfortable rooms and accommodation in tourist cottages. There are swimming areas with a large beach and a pier, as well as its own water equipment rental. The facility has rich recreational infrastructure: a tennis court, volleyball and basketball courts, and a playground. A bicycle rental is also available to guests, and numerous hiking trails marked in the area encourage active recreation. It is possible to use the conference room.
